  If it were possible I would give this location zero Stars on a continuous basis the mail carrier continuously puts the key to the parcel box in the wrong mailbox when it says my package has been delivered I also always end up with other people's mail from completely different addresses in my mailbox as well. I contact the post office manager on numerous occasions trying to resolve similar issues or different ones but yet it just keeps happening Just recently I called and complained about notification of my package being delivered and the parcel key being put in somebody else's mailbox I spoke with the manager at the facility and he said he'll send somebody out here to fix the issue right now 4 hours have gone by no mail carrier has shown up and the situation is still the same which was telling me that the manager was just telling me what I wanted to hear to shut me up With all the complaints for this location I am very surprised that this location is still open very poor quality control and customer service . You'd figure for the amount that postal service workers get paid they should pay attention a lot more than they actually do and take their job seriously .. next I will be contacting consumer affairs and the postmaster general to file a complaint because something needs to be done for the lack of customer service and quality control for this location

  I was assisted by an older male employee with gray hair. He incorrectly told me that my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) is not a U.S. government-issued ID, which is false. Because of this misinformation, I wasted my time and was unable to complete my USPS identity verification. ❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️Please ensure your staff are properly trained on USPS identity verification requirements and acceptable forms of identification.

  The employee clearly needs additional training. He incorrectly claimed that an Employment Authorization Document is not a government-issued ID, which is false. Giving customers incorrect information wastes their time and creates unnecessary frustration. Please make sure your staff are properly trained on acceptable identification documents and USPS verification procedures.
