  Completely disorganised, uneducated staff that don't communicate with each other, copy machines broken, and no one knows how to print things, talked to four different staff members who all told me different things in regard to printing, saying i needed to convert my files to pdf which i did and it didnt help then told me i had to download docs on my phone which didnt help etc, was treated as if i were stupid or had done something wrong even after they admitted the machines were broken and they didnt know how to fix them. They took a five dollar deposit for printing, but couldnt print anything. I left my number for the manager who was “on break” and never received a call back. I went to central office printing in old town and they printed my simple black and white documents immediately with no issue and no gaslighting and for less than 1/3 the price.

  Drove all the way here in order to print something quickly. It turned out there were new store hours set in recently. The staff was kind enough to let me run in quickly and print, even though I arrived too late. Thank you so much! New hours: M-F closes @7pm, Sat closes @8pm, Sunday closes @6pm

  Went here in need of printing important documents, from the moment I stepped in it was chaos. The person behind the counter for copies and printing went on break or disappeared, no one took over for him. I had to track down someone to ask if they were even printing which to my astonishment he told me that he believes so, and that I should wait. I waited 30 minutes and with only one person ahead of me which they never were even helped either. Waste of time when you can't even get a employee to communicate or let you know that they will be with you shortly. The staff just straight up ignored myself and the other person waiting for help to make copies. Understaffed and needs to be fixed immediately. Perhaps train your staff to better facilitate breaks, and ensure the people waiting aren't standing around a long time wondering if they are going to even be helped. I ended up leaving. Normally this wouldn't be a issue for me, but there was absolutely no communication, which in their line of work is a big no no, not to be trained to do when people are seeking help. If the UPS and Amazon Drop off can be backed up right next to copy and printing and still get everyone helped and out the door, then the same can be done for the copy and printing which was directly next to the UPS and Amazon Drop off.
