  The printing desk worker is slow and lazy, idk Who was on the desk around 11 AM 6/19/2026, but they were not busy at all and I only had a small request of a single page on 110 LB cardstock which I thought was no trouble at all. I put in my order online, put express and explained to the man how I needed desperately for a wedding graphic. The man just refused to do it even though he was just standing around, I thought customers went before side work but not at Staples. Ill be taking my printing needs to another service provider because that printing desk worker lost a sale/customer. he has no business being a salesman at staples if he cant even sell a single piece of paper. Scrappers edge on the other hand has out business for life because they helped us no questions asked and even set us up with cardstock for our home printer. They will forever have our business instead of staples

  Just taken time to give a 5 stars 🌟 review to Mrs Maryland. Such a great soul, warm smile and very kind. She even stopped her lunch break to help me . Not only that she stopped by a nice older lady and offered help. Hard to find someone like that... To everyone else at the store great job.. Very satisfied with the service today!!! Keep it up!!!

  Had some issues printing and the manager Tiffany (as well as the man in print station) was/ were especially helpful and kind. The place was busy and the printer issue was especially frustrating~ Tiffany handled our frustration with a ton of grace and went out of her way to ensure we got what we needed.
