  Always come here cause owner and staff are awesome. One issue though. Had to fax some very important documents to irs. Fax went through fine, but date of fax was November 2013! We dated it august 2026. Called to let them know and and owner’s daughter shrugged it off and said hey dad knew and he doesn’t know how to fix it since 2013. I couldn’t Believe what I was hearing. I even told her maybe you should mention it to your dad. She said he knows unbelievably unprofessional.

  Best UPS experience ever! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. I went today for some prints for work and I'm so happy I found my new go to spot!

  My box wasn't taped and they guy told me that he will apply the tape for 3 bucks. The box was heavy and he asked me to move it closer to the back of the store and I told him while moving a box that I will charge him 3 bucks. He still charged me for applying 3 lines of tape.

  I absolutely love this UPS store! It’s family owned and ran. Everyone is always so nice and they go the extra mile to help their customers get the lowest prices when mailing packages and even being patient with customers who are having problems with their Amazon returns. I’ve gone to a couple of other stores and there’s just no comparison. I even bring them goodies at Christmas to say thank you for all of the help they give us over the year. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends. My whole family already goes to them.
