  As of 5/16/26 Staples includes Party City Balloons, recycled electronic drop off and mostly Amazon returns. I have seen people come in an wander around not knowing where to make their Amazon drop offs or Recycle. Signs should be posted which cashier lines are for what and where recycle station is. I've waited by a recycle desk for ten minutes and when finally someone came by me he ignored me saying, we don't have enough people and went to a cashier post. I finally got in his line as ask how do I recycle. He was EXTREAMY rude as he game me points for a return. None of cashiers made eye contact and acted like robots. It used to be a pleasant place to shop but no longer.

  I bought an office swivel chair at the Vista location, and came to pick it up in stock at Escondido. 😊 A helpful manager brought it out to load it in my car - yay! 🥰 Love, love, love this new chair! I feel like a new woman as feeling comfortable will double my productivity working from home. Yay for going direct to the offline store and same day it's assembled & ready to goooo! Also, bonus I didn't tear my hair out trying to understand Chinese instructions. Easy, peasy.. assembled it in 30 minutes! I'm in heaven. Great price, great store, great experience! ✨

  This place is idiotic, I sent a fax of 12 pages and they charged me $32.17 total, or $2.68 per page. Talking about highway robbery, and the employees just repeat that they don’t know anything about the price and is “what ever the machine says.”

  I just want to give a shout-out to the print team at this location. I had a last minute "stroke of genius" idea for a game for an event a few days away. I ordered 4 posters on foam core and document cutting & lamination, and they saved my butt! The printing was not only fast, but everything looked fantastic. The print team really came through and the game was a big hit. Definitely bringing my future print work here!

  This place must have the rudest customer service ever. Tried to have a package here is so complicated that it defeats the idea of having one. They will pass you to manager to another who seem to not know how their own system works. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had
