  Even though they advertise UPS shipping and return drop off 7 days a week this place is a joke. Long line with only a few workers running around & apparently they can’t accept returns for UPS bc they are out of labels to print. Aren’t you a supply store! Go get some label off the shelf & do your job! Actually if you were doing you job correctly you would’ve never ran out in the first place! Will never visit again! Total joke!

  Had a print job expedited after cut off time and they were able to take care of it the same day. Called corporate for this request and they worked with the local store.

  Went to purchase about $600 worth of computer equipment, went to go pay and the cashier says they can't scan anything till I input a phone number on the screen. I hit the "skip" button on the screen and the cashier says they can't ring anything up without a phone number. I asked if I can juat pay and they say not without entering a phone number first. Decided to just leave the equipment behind, walk out and purchase the items from their competitors instead.

  Staples is definitely the place to do your print jobs and business promotions at a very affordable price and the highest quality. Brian, the Mgr., shared his expert opinion and gave us the best tips for our project which turned out amazing! THANK YOU BRIAN!!!

  It genuinely annoys me so much that Staples printing has baked in a 30% fee to get your printing done same day. This wouldn't be something I would complain about if it was a front of the line pass or an employee had to stop what they were doing and get my blueprints ready for me within 20 minutes. I've been in this store in the middle of the day on a weekday. It's not exactly swarmed with people. Of course the employees have things to do but that does not affect what is happening here. Because I don't want to give an additional 30% tip on my bill for nothing, my printing job will now be held in queue for 24 hours unnecessarily and then it'll be released to be printed tomorrow. They could have printed this thing within a hour 99 times out of 100 but have artificially built in a delay/friction point. I don't blame this specific store for this business practice as I'm sure this is something being instituted at a corporate level but it's simply so transparent what's happening here. It's flat out artificial degradation.
