  **Extremely unprofessional experience — wasted my time and took my money** I had a very disappointing experience with this business, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring them to be cautious\. I went in to get a quote and specifically asked whether they could complete the job for a certain price\. The owner took his time thoroughly measuring everything, taking photos, and reviewing the scope of the work\. After doing all of that, he confirmed he could do the job for the agreed\-upon price and took a $500 deposit from me\. I was given a specific time frame for when I would receive proof of the work\. When that time came, instead of following through on what we had agreed to, I was suddenly told that he could no longer do the job for that price and would need to charge me more\. So, after taking measurements, taking photos, agreeing to the price, and accepting $500 from me, the terms suddenly changed after I had already committed my money and time to this business\. That is not how a professional business should operate\. If the price was not realistic, that should have been communicated BEFORE accepting my deposit and making commitments\. A customer should not have to deal with unexpected price increases after the business has already assessed the job and agreed to the terms\. What bothers me most is the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for my time\. I came to this business in good faith, expecting an honest quote and a company that would stand behind what it agreed **I would not recommend this business based on my experience\.** Think carefully before handing over a deposit, and make sure every detail, price, and commitment is documented in writing before moving forward\. My experience has left me questioning how this business treats its customers once it already has their money\.

  Jorge did an exceptional job with our business sign! He was very communicative. He explained every step of the process to us and answered every question we had. He exceeded my expectations with the quality of his work. Amazing. I would definitely recommend his services.

  Very happy with the work Jorge and his team did for our shop. We had them build a new sign for the front of our business and they did a stellar job with not only their product but with their installation. I highly recommend to anyone trying to increase the appearance of their business!!

  Talk about customer service to the max. Had a late night emergency that required cutting some ACM board so I could place moving head lights on top of my speaker stands. Jorge took my call right away and asked how he could help. Because I needed it next day in the morning Jorge invited me to the shop at 10pm to get it done. He cut the boards to my exact specifications at a great price considering it was after hours. This place will be my go-to from here on out for all signs and custom work.

  We requested some custom neon signs from Jorge. He went above and beyond to making sure we were happy with the finished product. He answered all the questions we had. We were very satisfied with his level of professionalism, customer service, and the overall experience working with him. We highly recommend his work! True quality at a fair price.
