Last night I was in the store, focusing on trying to print. I asked a simple question. I’ve noticed this employee over several months who consistently lacks basics of Customer Service skills as an employee.I’m just giving it a two star not for the overall rating of the store, but because the employee that consistently is there is consistently rude and talks down to me, which is not very helpful when you were in the midst of trying to take care of important details. This was September 16 , 10 minutes before the store closed. I greatly appreciate the co worker who is a lady who assisted me last night after speaking with the other employee . I would promote this lady as she understands the foundations of Customer Service and how much we as customers appreciate to be valued in the midst of a stressful situations.

Great customer service! I had documents that needed to be shredded. They immediately put them in their locked shredding bin , as I watched. Cost is about a $1.50 a pound I believe. They have a restroom for customer use that is locked. Ask for the key.
