  I’m so glad CVS photos were not working when I stumbled on this place to take my daughter’s passport photos!! The guy had already closed is store for the day but was so kind to let us in. So professional, clean, kind. And supporting small business!!! Thank you

  I've been coming to this ShipNet location, adjacent to CVS at Ventura & Louise for the last 8 years and every time I dash into this establishment I am greeted by the friendly AND competent owner, Ben! Usually I'm desperately hoping to get my package delivered in time for a special birthday, or holiday, and I just come in with it wrapped as a present 😩 as opposed to boxed up and ready to go. Ben is always calm, kind and proficient. He weighs it, asks me how/when I need it delivered, totals up my receipt and promptly gets me moving again, all while assuring me he will box the package well and use extra bubble wrap 😉👍👍 Success rate: 100% OMG, SOOOOOOO much faster than waiting in the never-moving/Space Mountain queue-like line that one finds at the local post office!😬 If you need something boxed correctly and delivered in time, this is your place!

  I love this place. Ben is attentive and kind. He always greets me when I walk in and helps me every time. I couldn't ask for anything else. Highly recommend.

  I've had a PO Box here for about 1.5 years. I've never had to borrow their tape or make copies like the other reviews, but for a PO Box, it's been a perfect experience. I receive mail in my box sporadically. Every few weeks, I call him and he informs me if I have mail in my box or not, which saves me a trip. Once in a while, I receive big boxes too. He always calls me and saves them for me until I pick up. I even sometimes forget my key and he's always nice enough to come open the box for me since he knows me. The owner is a easy going and nice guy from my experience.
