  The worst UPS store ever. The old man there is so gross and disrespectful he even touch me to move me to the side to serve another costumer. It’s not the first time he is like that. He can’t work with people. Super aggressive.

  The owner Dave, was unreasonably rude and difficult to deal with. I placed my phone on the counter when I was trying to show him a barcode on my phone. He then got very annoyed and scolded me for putting my phone on the counter, asking, “Why would you do that?” Then said, “Don’t put your phone on the counter.” Dave needs a new profession.

  I didn’t completely buy all the negative reviews, so I did go into this UPS. The older guy who I’ve read is the owner was pleasant enough THAT day. I went into again thinking I’d have the same uneventful experience but no. This guy is one of the rudest people in customer service that I’ve ever had. No greeting when I walked in. The place was empty save for one other customer that he was helping. He completely ignored me. The other customer he was dealing with told him “you can go help her. I’m finished.” But he kept shuffling her papers and talking to her, like he wanted to make me wait. It was so strange. When he finally came over to me he was very brusque, even seemed angry. He was completely unhelpful. I went to the other UPS which unsurprisingly was packed with people. No one wants to go to this angry old guy’s store.

  I've been going to this store a couple times a month for a couple years now and want to share my experience and perspective. I believe it is owned and operated by a family and I've always seen them doing their best serving many rude and impatient customers. Like the USPS, there are a lot of customers who need to ship things. It can be busy and you may need to wait awhile, but I always come in with patience and a positive attitude and have always received excellent customer service.

  I think the owner is trying based on the reviews so I think it’s worth giving them a chance to see how it works for you. I have been going here for a few years just for Amazon returns and none of my items have been lost by this location. I’ve never had a horrible experience here and also not a stellar one either. I don’t disagree that a lot of the folks who work there seem a bit exhausted or disgruntled but I just try to give them a smile and ask them how they are and have never had a bad experience.
