  I have supported this business since it was Kinkos and all things before and in between. I will NEVER go in again. The staff is rude. "I've got a lot of work to do, you'll have to wait". Meanwhile, there are no other people in the store.... It is the third time I've been in trying to get something copied, second time today. The young man didn't want to come to the machines to help me problem solve, wouldn't let me see the full screen on his computer, when I asked if I could come behind the counter to see the full screen, he wouldn't let me. The first time I came in with this particular project, I tried doing it myself on their machines. I couldn't figure it out, so I went to the counter. The young lady at the counter handed me a laminated sheet and said "email it to us and we'll see if we can print it." I put the image on a thumb drive, after I had emailed and not heard anything, attempting to print from a thumb drive. "We're too busy here, you'll just have to wait till someone's available." When I asked about my email and no response, the young man said "we get so many emails, we just trash them all." What is the purpose of handing me a laminated card and then trashing the emails? Do you want my business.? He told me I could go somewhere else if I wanted. He told me it was impossible to change the size of what I wanted printed. I left. Tomorrow I call the manager, Don't even bother with this place. Rude and unhelpful.

  5 starts for Dante, 1 star for everything else. Dante was super nice and helpful when printers stopped working, and made sure I was helped until I was able to print successfully. He has amazing customer service skills and seems like he is able to create a pleasant interaction despite limited resources and stressful conditions. The girl (probably the manager) was super impatient and rude, and lacked basic customer service skills. She would not even let me finish a sentence and just told me to go wait in line. Seems like she was not in a good mood, and seemed annoyed with customers and kept scolding employees. If not for Dante’s help, this would be a 1-star review

  Aliana and Gyro were awesome! I called in inquiring about some marketing material to be printed. Gyro gave me an email address with all the specifics and the images that I was requesting to be printed on a Foam TableTop signage. I received an email response from Aliana giving me the total and ETA. If I wanted to proceed, I was to give the say-so via email. By the evening, it was ready! I received a call from Aliana, and she gave me the store hours. My prints were exactly what we wanted. Thanks, Team FedEx Encinitas! Kudos to the people this morning at pickup. The General Manager checked me out and was super professional. She was awesome, along with the gentleman who was with her!

  Alaina saved the day!! Had a HUGE order go completely wrong in every imaginable way. The situation was a complete SNAFU, urgent and of the utmost sensitivity. Alaina could tell that something was wrong and immediately jumped in to problem solve. Her resolution changed everything, and I went from a zero to a hero thanks to her kindness, understanding, professionalism and execution. We need more people like Alaina in the Customer Service world. She is an exemplary employee and represents Fedex to the highest level. Fedex is lucky to have her on board. Thank you!!!🙏🏼
