  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service from Scott at Staples! We recently had a HUGE printing project for our fur baby’s Celebration of Life, and we honestly could not have gotten through it without Scott’s help. We had everything from banners, placards, photographs, posters, service programs, and so much more that needed to be printed and prepared. Because we relied heavily on AI to help create some of our materials, we unfortunately ran into quite a few discrepancies and formatting issues. We were printing multiple versions of documents, trying to correct arrows, spacing, wording, and other little details—and it became a much bigger process than we ever anticipated. Scott was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient, kind, understanding, professional, and genuinely caring. He never made us feel like we were being a burden, even when we had to make changes and reprint things over and over. He took the time to help us, answer our questions, troubleshoot the issues, and make sure everything looked right. Most importantly, Scott understood that this wasn't just another printing order—it was for a very meaningful and emotional occasion for our family. His compassion and willingness to go above and beyond meant more to us than he probably realizes. Scott is truly an asset to Staples. His customer service, patience, and attention to detail are exactly what you hope for when you're dealing with something so important. Thank you, Scott, for helping us honor our beloved fur baby in such a beautiful way. We are incredibly grateful for you and everything you did for us! 🐾❤️ If you're ever at Staples and need printing help, ask for Scott—you won't regret… He made it EASY! Lol

  My wife and I visited the establishment seeking school supplies for her professional needs; however, we found the store's offerings to be primarily geared towards business clientele. While I anticipate there may have been promotional items available, none were readily apparent to us. It appears that Staples predominantly serves business customers.
