We pay lots of money for PO Box. But still lazy workers at El Sobrante post office forget about their Lobby Hours.. Very Disappointed !!

- TMT'Aaliyah MercedesApr 3, 20183.0This is a busy location, if you're not there early most likely you'll be in a long line, there's usually only 2 cashiers working and the supervisor (who will help with pick-ups but not cashiering) is there too so the cashiers work by the book asking questions about side sales once they're done with your requested transaction (i.e. "would you like stamps blahblahblah...here's your receipt take this survey blahblahblah") sheesh! It is very slow, the workers are older also so that contributes to the slug line. They do have a decent stock of post office items, its a convienient location but its TOO convienient 😖. The service is good but people prefer a in and out establishment and this location is NOT that.
