The clerk refused to accept the package because one side of the mailer had opened slightly, then told me I had to buy tape since they “don’t provide any.” It’s a prepaid return, yet I still have to pay just to seal a corner the package. To make it even better, my return deadline is Monday, they’re closed on Sunday, and they close at 2 PM today, I got there with only 10 minutes left. The whole experience was unnecessarily frustrating and honestly ridiculous.
