I had a lost package, went to the post office about 4 times looking for it, and every time they said they would call me back and they never did. The last time I went, they said the tracking number got assigned to the wrong PO box, and I should contact the sender. They said the package wouldn’t get sent back, and said they would call me in a few days. No call, I show up a week later and she claims she never said she’d call me and that they can’t give me the package because it’s not for me. Would’ve been nice to have that piece of information last week instead of wasting all this time like I’m showing up to the post office for fun. And telling me they didn’t say something that they definitely did? So aggravated.

- RMRichard MincherDec 13, 20255.0Ron, the Postmaster of El Granada, is a breath of fresh air in the world of big government. Friendly and efficient. Small town charm at its finest. Everyone at the office is friendly and very helpful. Always a pleasure to stop by. Surprisingly busy for population of about 5500 people, of course there is no mail delivery so people do need to come to the post office for their mail.
