Make excuses for their poor service and the counter help is rude as hell. I recently had my medical insurance cancelled and the reason given was the post office was returning my mail. They had the correct address on file but I have noticed I rarely get anything in my mailbox now that I have filed multiple complaints.

So they have given the gift I sent to someone else and what are the chances that person will kindly give it back?! Oh and they don't know who of course has it... Not happy about it.
