- ICIrvin CollinsSep 22, 20261.0Cut to the chase, the staff here is un-knowledgeable and incompetent, as other raters have reported. I did not check the reviews beforehand, unfortunately, so that was my bad. But I had a deadline to meet and this was the nearest FedEx office within 20 miles. I requested 2-day delivery, but it arrived 7 days later, after being rerouted to Memphis for a destination in Oregon. (Go figure!) I would’ve been satisfied if it was delivered in 4 days. Because it was a rent check, I now owe $50 late fee. I went back-and-forth with the staff to file a complaint, then had to speak with a manager, who gave me a code that didn’t work. Conclusion: Go somewhere else if you have important documents to send. PS: If FedEx reads this: make amends with those who voice complaint, otherwise you will continue to lose customers. 🙏

The representative was completely rude saying it wasn’t here and that it went to another location and I’d have to go there, which is 10 miles away. When I explained what I’ve been through, he was not helpful in any manner and told me to call customer service. In frustration I replied that I would. As I was leaving, he sarcastically said, “YOU’RE WELCOME.” His remark was in no way called for ! I did however call customer service who is now doing the right thing and shipping it to that location.
