- YJYiming Jia3 days ago1.0If Google allowed zero stars, I would give zero. I brought my missed-delivery notice here because this exact address was printed on the notice. The woman at the counter told me my package was not there, refused to help check where it was, and just told me to “try a post office in Oakland” without even saying which one. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and the answer felt completely random. I left with no package, no correct address, and no useful help. Terrible customer service.
