    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at The UPS Store today! I came in to make a return, and Rosemary literally came right up to the register to help me. She was warm, welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It’s such a small thing, but great customer service really does make a difference. Rosemary made the whole process quick, easy, and pleasant, and I truly appreciated her kindness and enthusiasm. Thank you, Rosemary, for taking such great care of me today!

    During the time I visited the store, I was about to leave California and brought several heavy boxes for shipping. I initially worried about that the boxes might be too heavy for me to handle. But the staffs really nice and helpful. They lend me a cart and helped me go through the process smoothly. I really appreciate their kindness and professional. Thank you Diego & Carlos!

    Carlos was very patient with me even tho I was not ready. He gave me options for self serve to print my label or email to the store for them to print. He was working very hard on other tasks while I was having technical difficulties trying to print my return label from my email and checked in on me a few times to see if I needed assistance or was ready. Great hard working and professional employee.
