PREFACE: I just want to say, you always have to keep in mind with online reviews, people come on here to voice their complaints more often than they come on here to be like, "this place gets me work here and there". But given how poorly reviewed this company is on Google, and how scared I was to seek employment from them because of that, I wanted to post a positive one to hopefully assuage your fears if you're an anxious overthinker like me.
Now for the record, I haven't gotten a job... YET. But I imagine I'll be able to pretty soon, and probably because of the way the staff here has helped me. I don't know how to spell your name, but, Gianna maybe?? You are awesome. This one company was giving me the runaround on getting me a background check, because THEY are supposed to pay for it, not PeopleReady. But Gianna swooped in, angry on my behalf and said, "don't worry about it, we'll run the background check, and I'm going to send them the bill". I got the feeling she genuinely cared about me, and she went out of her way to solve this problem quickly. Afterwards, I was like 'huh, but a lot of the reviews about the staff here painted a wayyy different picture of how the staff treated them — I'm not sure how genuine some of these are', so I at least wanted to share a different perspective.
If you need work, it can't hurt to try this place out. If you had doubts before reading this review, maybe now you'll feel more confident applying here knowing that you'll be supported by the staff at the very least. Just follow the Golden Rule, and you should be good.
