Handled each customer of the many customers and multi-tasked to get everyone’s mind aligned. He dealt with each one at almost at the same time just to get everyone in his line of sight of order… He asked, He learned, He conquered that line Boy…. I see myself in this guy. And that’s what you call talent. In today’s day and age the people I have worked with, always late, always excuses, always something going wrong at work. RENZO deserves this PRAISE here. -He came to work on time -He asked the first customer a question while setting up shop and opening blinds. -work was getting done while work was getting done. -Kind and attentive -Made sure everyone was taken care of while moving on to the next and the next, all while taken care of the one in front of him. -Talent Also please people, if you see one guy holding a building down, respect please. If that guy is your ticket to getting your stuff done, please be patient because you can see what that person is up against and they are behind you or next to you in line. Just watch the magic Cause RENZO IS THAT GUY AND HE MADE IT HAPPEN. ✌️.
- LVLesley VasquezJul 22, 20261.0i came in to do a drop off i just needed a receipt for my package and i would be on my way i asked the employee for help and he said go to self service i said okay thank you then i got confused and tried asking for help , he got pissed off and took my package from me and said “customers never listen “ and i just stood there shocked and said thank you. he said in a sarcastic tone your welcome. from the get go he was very rude .

My receipt was issued at 11:51 on Monday morning and the item was not even mailed by this location until the next day. The company’s customer service policies have also been unhelpful.
