- FFFlash ForwardMay 5, 20261.0Employees have no sense of customer service, even act lazy and demand that customers do their job. I brought in two packages for UPS. Brought it to the counter, they scanned it in their system. After that it’s completely in their care, but the employee got standoff with me and demanded I take the packages and put them in a bin thats not in a customer area. This is 100% their responsibility, but exhibiting laziness they want to refuse to touch the package and have customers carry it to the UPS pickup location for them. Employees also dont wear name tags. Large woman with black hair. 5/5/26 at 2:14PM Store is negligent on property upkeep as well, restrooms are non functioning.

We were short on time and we had the wrong format on the screenshots (should’ve downloaded anyways) but I digress… I hope I’m getting her name right, but Maribel in the print area was an absolute saint. She helped me out even though it was late and they were closing, like literally, I was the last person in the store… on Saturday… and she was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful during a, for my situation, a stressful time. Many thanks! ✌️
