Instead, I was met with one of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever had. As I was trying to explain the situation, the store manager repeatedly cut me off. When I attempted to clarify my concerns, he interrupted me by saying, "No buts," and then told me to get out of the store. I was never given a chance to fully explain the issue or ask for help. There is no excuse for speaking to customers with disrespect or immediately resorting to telling them to leave. Professionalism and basic courtesy were completely absent. If you're looking for customer service, don't expect it here. I left feeling disrespected and without any assistance for my missing package.

There is no option to leave a voicemail or callback number, it just hangs up if no one picks up your call. I finally get someone on the phone and they tell me despite them being where the error was made, I need to talk to customer service. So after wasting 2 hours of my time, I now have to fight with the automated customer service system and sit on hold for them to pick up
