  Third time this location has mishandled my Next Day Air shipments. I paid over $60 to send fresh food to a customer with guaranteed next-day delivery, only to find out the package was placed into regular ground mail and won’t arrive for several days. This has now cost me customers and damaged my business. The employee who handled my shipment appeared high school aged inexperienced and uncertain, and there seems to be a serious lack of training and quality control! I now have to resend the package and credit the customer while losing all that money on a repeat shipment and the order that will arrive to the customer’s house exploded because food shipping across the country over five days will burst open! Super unprofessional, I even arrived at 2 PM with an hours before the Next Day Air plenty of time for them to organize and put it in the correct! I will never trust this location with time-sensitive shipments again-I regularly drive all the way to a 20 minute out-of-the-way UPS for my weekly food shipments because of this instead of using them even though they’re two minutes down the road and this time I decided to give it a try again what could go wrong and of course they messed it up again!!!

  Got there between 4.15-4.25 and they were already closed when online says they’re open until 5pm. Why does this always happen here but other UPS have no issues.
