Sergio at the Staples Print Services was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and helpful. I had several things I needed to print, and I wasn’t sure which cardstock to use or how to cut everything properly. Even though he was working by himself and was very busy, he still took the time to walk me through everything and even showed me exactly how to cut the paper. I really appreciated how he treated me. He never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering him, and he was genuinely friendly and willing to help. His customer service was exceptional, and you can tell he really cares about helping people. Staples is lucky to have someone like Sergio! Thank you so much for all your help! 🥰

I made an Amazon return earlier today and a cashier named Rebecca felt the need to make inappropriate comments on the item I was returning. The item was a history book on all American presidents up to present day and had a handful pictured on the cover, one of which is current president, Donald Trump. Rebecca pointed to the cover and mentioned that we needed to “get rid of” a few of these. She then put her hand on top of Trump’s photo and said she’s not a fan. Not knowing what to say, I simply responded that it’s history and she then said, “it sucks that he’s a part of history.” I think it’s inappropriate to make comments on anyone’s purchase or return but to thrust your personal politics on them crosses an even worse line. I should be able to make a simple Amazon return without fear of a political confrontation.

I always find the people here to be friendly and helpful. I often use this location to recycle old electronics and miscellaneous cords as well.

Customer service is always slow and it usually difficult to find an employee. Most of the display items are now locked up or in a anti-theft case. If you need to do any shipping or returns I would highly encourage you to go to the Postal Annex down the street. Those guys rock. Avoid Staples if you can
