  Didn’t know we had a DHL around my neighborhood and came in and Sophia greeted me with a smile. Service was amazing and quick. Will def use this place again to ship anything internationally

  Always helpful shipping here. Need to ship internationally from time to time and Susana always helps make it convenient and quick. Never a line, and nice and cool AC :)

  Very disappointing experience. The lady working at this DHL office was extremely rude and unfriendly. I felt like I was being investigated rather than helped, and some of her comments and attitude were very offensive. She was not helpful at all and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I hope management addresses the way customers are treated.
