- A赵卫峰May 2, 20261.0At 10 a.m. on May 2, I went here to deliver UPS’s return. The original unopened packaging was not printed at that time. Every UPS provides printing service. I just need to pay. But strangely enough, after reading my return, the staff said that it would not be mailed. After a few minutes, he said that he asked me to print the return form, and then said that he could not return this package, and it needed to be wrapped in a paper shell. I‘m really speechless. It was originally sent by UPS. Now I can’t return it to him. It‘s really stupid!

- JJJessicaApr 19, 20261.0I hate that this is my closest UPS store. The customer service has been horrible every time I’ve come in. I thought maybe the employee was having a bad day. We’re all allowed bad days! Once they had to close up shop as I was walking. They needed to cover a location off Limonite. When I asked where exactly it was the employee looked at me like I was dumb and repeated “Limonite”. The last time I was in I picked up a package. I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in. I was basically trying to sign to this guy what I was there for because he wouldn’t get off the phone (with someone who sounded like his girlfriend) to help me out. I located the package myself as he kept ensuring the person in the phone that he was still listening them. Horrible customer service & every single time this HAS to be my option I roll my eyes and dread having to come here. I guess I’m avoiding the one on Limonite too since they share employees.
