  Izza was a huge help today me and a friend needed ship baby clothes out of state to Arizona . We don’t not ship things and usually avoid doing so because it feels like such a hassle. Izza made it simple and fast we shipped and returned and Amazon item with no trouble thank you so much to the team working 👍

  I love going to this location( eagle Rock ) they are like family to me ..very friendly and very helpful people.Izza, Lana.,Guillermo. and Nick are very accommodating they do their job very well

  Not my fav location bc prices seem to be higher BUT the manager Guillermo is the GOAT. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He will help you out!

  zero stars if i could! the staff there are so rude and even ruder on the phone. first off, they don't greet you, they just stare at you until you hand your package to them- so much for customer service. i paid 20$ for two labels when i was provided a free one!!! lady said i needed to pay and did not speak or quite understand english as much so i didn't argue due to a line behind me. nonetheless the other staff here are miserable and disrespectful, the other ups a few blocks away provides much better service and support. AVOID THIS STORE!
