Every time I returned an item, they insisted on repackaging it, even if it was brand new and still in its original packaging. I don't understand why a store that deliberately makes things difficult for customers can still exist! It deserves a negative score!! Ten minutes later, I went to another UPS Store. The clerk was very polite; it was the same item, the same packaging, and the original packaging was unopened. He didn't ask me to repackage it and completed the return. So, stores shouldn't make excuses like company requirements for specific packaging! I strongly advise against returning items to the store at 3736 Fallon Rd, Dublin, to avoid an unpleasant experience!
