  Bryan was great! He was super friendly and handled my shipment and returns quickly and smoothly. Dropped me some hot tips on what else the store offers which was neat. I’ll see to it that I’ll come back when I’m in the area!

  If I could give it a negative score, I would do so without hesitation! It was a terrible experience. Every time I returned an item, they insisted on repackaging it, even if it was brand new and still in its original packaging. I don't understand why a store that deliberately makes things difficult for customers can still exist! It deserves a negative score!! Ten minutes later, I went to another UPS Store. The clerk was very polite; it was the same item, the same packaging, and the original packaging was unopened. He didn't ask me to repackage it and completed the return. So, stores shouldn't make excuses like company requirements for specific packaging! I strongly advise against returning items to the store at 3736 Fallon Rd, Dublin, to avoid an unpleasant experience!

  Leaving one star due to poor customer service. The woman didn’t even look up to greet me, had to be prompted by someone to help me. Refused my package because l needed a strip of tape across the top which l only came to this location and not the one by my house as l was working in the shopping center never had anyone refuse my return because of no tape. Was rude when l repeated the sentence because it seemed so out there. Plenty of other locations to go and l will chose those.
