  I was dropping off an amazon return package with original box and it needed a small tape to seal it. And this store charged me $2 for that. First time a UPS store charging for putting tape on the pkg. so greedy

  Had a great experience getting my Live Scan done here. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend this UPS Store if you need Live Scan services!

  I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this UPS Store. I came in to ship a package and paid $88 for the shipping alone. I had brought my own box, but I needed a little help securing it with tape and getting the shipping label onto the box. I was told I would need to purchase tape because they “don’t work for free.” I completely understand a business charging for packing materials or services, especially if someone comes in simply asking for free supplies. But after paying nearly $100 to ship one package, I would expect a basic level of assistance to make sure the package I just paid them to ship was properly secured. I ship packages fairly often and typically choose UPS, even when it costs a little more than FedEx, because my experiences at other UPS Store locations have always been so customer-service friendly. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at one. It wasn’t really about the cost of a roll of tape. It was the attitude and complete lack of willingness to help a paying customer. The experience was disappointing enough that I would not return to this location, and if you have another shipping option nearby, I would recommend going elsewhere.
