Horrible services. The 2 male staffs here took forever for just a simple letter sending out. While there is a super long line, the other staff tried to closed up his counter when it's only 4:32pm, left the other slow man by himself with a supper long line of customers waiting. I be here since 4pm but look like only a few customers be taken care of!

Very disappointed with my local USPS delivery service regarding an important certified passport-related letter that required a signature. I paid extra for expedited handling and expected a proper delivery attempt. Instead, the carrier left a PS Form 3849 notice in my mailbox marked “dogs” and left immediately without ever ringing the doorbell or attempting contact. I reviewed footage from multiple security cameras around my property, and the video clearly shows there was no actual delivery attempt made. This was a certified letter requiring a signature, not ordinary mail. Customers pay additional fees for reliable and professional handling of important government documents. Simply writing “dogs” on the slip without even attempting to notify the resident is unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that this has happened multiple times already. Now I have to waste additional time driving to the post office, waiting in long lines, spending more money on gas, and rearranging my schedule just to pick up something that should have been properly attempted at delivery in the first place. The entire incident was recorded on camera, including the carrier walking up, placing the slip in the mailbox, and leaving without knocking or ringing the bell. USPS seriously needs to ensure carriers are following proper delivery procedures instead of skipping delivery attempts altogether.

My NOT so friendly neighborhood post office. I only go when I have to. And when I do I try my best to be positive and spark a light smile and be respectful.... But enough is enough. I hope management actually looks at these reviews and does something about the service in this place. I witnessed an employee scold a middle aged Asian man speaking to him like he as 5. The guy respectfully didn't say anything but just did what she asked. That is unacceptable. I respectfully waited in line to pick up a package. Apparently it wasn't the date to pick it up, the employee was not at her place so I had to wait for her to get out of whatever she was doing out of sight and grab my slip and then turn around and tell me "your pick up is tomorrow". The words objectively sound ok. But the tone and body language was unacceptable. What happened to friendly service? In a world now where customer service is king and providing a great experience makes it or breaks it in business this level of service is unacceptable. Maybe my expectations are too high? Maybe I am the one being unreasonable? Please give these employees training and hold them accountable to behaviors that put going to the post office a good efficient experience. Mediocre at Best. Not great just good. This is really bad as understanding as I try to be.
