    Very disappointed with my local USPS delivery service regarding an important certified passport-related letter that required a signature. I paid extra for expedited handling and expected a proper delivery attempt. Instead, the carrier left a PS Form 3849 notice in my mailbox marked “dogs” and left immediately without ever ringing the doorbell or attempting contact. I reviewed footage from multiple security cameras around my property, and the video clearly shows there was no actual delivery attempt made. This was a certified letter requiring a signature, not ordinary mail. Customers pay additional fees for reliable and professional handling of important government documents. Simply writing “dogs” on the slip without even attempting to notify the resident is unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that this has happened multiple times already. Now I have to waste additional time driving to the post office, waiting in long lines, spending more money on gas, and rearranging my schedule just to pick up something that should have been properly attempted at delivery in the first place. The entire incident was recorded on camera, including the carrier walking up, placing the slip in the mailbox, and leaving without knocking or ringing the bell. USPS seriously needs to ensure carriers are following proper delivery procedures instead of skipping delivery attempts altogether.

    I feel like every time I come here the drive through drop off is closed? Why? Because of this it's so hard to find parking and it gets so congested when you're just trying to drop off a package... Its bad enough that post boxes have tiny holes you can't drop off anything but a thin piece of paper....

    I had a very frustrating experience at this USPS location on 2/10 around 3:00 PM. When I arrived to mail my package, there were no shipping boxes available in the lobby. I asked the staff member for a medium-sized box and clearly pointed out which one I needed. He still gave me the wrong box. I went back to let him know it was not the correct box and asked for the other one. He responded that he was “too busy” to help me get it and told me to come back another day. This was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I specifically took time off work just to mail this package. It was very upsetting to see that there was only one employee working, and even worse, that customers could not get basic assistance. This experience was inefficient, unhelpful, and unacceptable. USPS should ensure proper staffing and better customer service.

    2/4 430pm: Saw a black female employee taking lunch (in big company truck) outside liferay around the corner and just throwing her trash out the window onto the grass. Disrespectful to the city

    I got this mail box so my stuff wouldn’t get stolen but I’d rather get it stolen at this point staff loses packages all the time and it takes 3+days to get a package that says it’s already been delivered.
