  I've had multiple problems here. The latest example is then refusing to ship an Amazon return because 41 lb is "too heavy to ship."

  Disappointing experience returning an Amazon package at this UPS Store location. I came in with an Amazon return that only needed a couple pieces of tape to seal the package. Instead of simply helping with a quick tape job, the manager insisted that I purchase a roll of tape for about $14. I understand businesses charge for packing services and supplies, but forcing customers to buy an entire roll of tape when only a few inches are needed feels unreasonable and excessive. What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude and lack of flexibility from the staff. A simple customer-friendly solution could have turned this into a positive interaction, but instead it felt like the store was more interested in charging additional fees than providing service. Afterward, I looked at other Google reviews and found that several customers reported very similar experiences involving expensive packaging charges and mandatory purchases of supplies. If you’re coming here for an Amazon return, make sure your package is completely packed and taped before you arrive, or you may end up paying far more than expected.

  Whenever i visit the place, I dont have to wait very long. Everybody seems to be working in a good pace, effecient and approachable.
