- DHDavid HanJul 16, 20261.0The site supervisor failed to follow USPS policy by refusing to issue a replacement for a failed money order. According to USPS policy, only the original money order, its detached receipt, and a valid photo ID are required to process a replacement. However, the middle-aged female supervisor arbitrarily insisted that an original office-printed receipt was also necessary, despite this not being a policy requirement. She even suggested that the customer go to his bank to resolve the issue, which was both unprofessional and irresponsible.

I send packages , small and bigger from Penasquitis or Mira Mesa. Funny how things cost twice as much here. We stopped going here after 8 visits. The employees need to be investigated
- CMC MillerJul 10, 20261.0NEVER go to this post office!! I'm 60, been to 40 states, and this, by far, the WORST post office ever. Poor parking, extremely slow, lazy employees. 1 person working the counter. Grossly understaffed. Very long waits. Count on 30 minutes minimum even with 1 person in front of you. Go to Carlsbad or Solana Beach instead!! I sent one package to an address 1 hour away that never arrived, and 1 post card to a different address 2 hours away that also never arrived. The employees are stealing and throwing out letters you mail!! This was my 4th and last visit here. No way do 2 separate things get stolen or "lost."
