I dreaded to be the next person for one of the lady who was rude to an old lady and then it was my turn for her to say it’s my fault for not getting tracking for a first class letter. Go to the USPS downtown.

The postmaster was super nice and kept in touch with me about the package I sent. You just have to be consistent checking in too!! Love you USPS.

I was not able to get a package delivered because my mail box was full and I had no name in my mailbox hence why it was going to be returned to the sender. I came to the post office and they explained to me very carefully what to do. I came back later that day when the carriers came back and they were able to locate the package!!! Thank you to Miriam and Camille that helped me out and were very patient with me.
