He had to be corrected by me TWICE. Once regarding a firearm shipment and another regarding change of address verification. I don’t even work here and I know how to do your job better than you do dude!
- KKKevin KoSep 1, 20261.0received a notice that i had a package/mail waiting at this post office, but didn't see it until pretty late. i wasn't able to get to the post office until the last day it would be held there before it gets returned to the sender -- i get that that's my fault. after work i rushed over and it was 4.58pm and they close at 5pm, the door was still open but as soon as i tried to walk in i was told very angrily that they were closed by the worker behind the desk. again, i know i'm late but technically there were still 2 minutes, i understand they may not be able to retrieve my package but i had apologized and said can i at least ask a question -- received another 'NO we're CLOSED' ... again somewhat angrily. there are many ways to say no but this was probably not the best way from a customer service perspective. or maybe close your doors or lock it so you don't still look open! especially since you still had 2 minutes left (technically). yeesh
