- RLRy LeeSep 21, 20261.0Clueless & overpriced; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This guy Mike the manager or franchise owner was spewing profanity and acting like a twenty year old to impress his squad of Gen Z employees standing around looking at their phones. No employee here knows how UPS operates and when you ask for the manager he explains his cluelessness as “we aren’t corporate” … translation this isn’t UPS it’s a markup store. This is a wanna be USPS with the ability to overcharge you for packaging, receiving your mail, using a copier, while sending your packages to an actual UPS. How this guy is still bamboozling Dana Point residents is the question. My recommendation is to use USPS or Staples if you have to; or both… this place always fails to deliver professionalism and leaves me wondering why I let them overcharge me it’s actually ridiculous.

I brought in an Amazon box to return & he basically turned me away saying I would have to "tape it myself" as a roll of tape sat on his counter. Since I am in there almost every week and mail multiple things there --you would think he could be more helpful to a frequent customer. But no. My other UPS location was much nicer. Sorry I moved. :(
