There were multiple people who showed up hours before their appointment spot and they were helped before me, a walk-in who waited for 2 hours. Recommend making appointment for passport. There’s also no bathroom available and only one chair for seating. Worse than the DMV.

And failed to complete my purchase correctly. Do yourself a favor and do not go here or else you’ll be charged incorrectly. He was also giving out the wrong change to people who did not have enough cash.
