  Absolutely terrible customer service. The woman at the counter had zero sense of kindness, courtesy, or customer service. I asked for a tiny piece of tape to close two small boxes, and I was charged $1 per box for it. And the best part? The receipt doesn’t even say “tape” — it says “transaction fee.” Seriously? If UPS is going to charge $1 for a tiny piece of tape, at least have the transparency to accurately describe what the customer is being charged for. It’s not the $2 that bothers me; it’s the unnecessary lack of courtesy and the misleading description on the receipt. What should have been a simple interaction turned into a very disappointing customer experience.

  I am 76 years old, visited the WestLake UPS today to scan and copy some legal documents. I wasn't familiar with how to use the modern equipment, but Apphia kindly assisted me from start to finish. I was truly pleased with the efficient service and the great help I received. I would like to thank Apphia once again.

  This location is great for drop-offs and returns, as long as it's not a weird time when someone's on break and the other person is occupied by the slowest customer in the world. Haven't encountered long wait times for several months, and I go at different times in the afternoon. Staff is friendly and efficient, especially the tall man with manager vibes.

  Make sure to bring your tape. They charge $1 for it. I know it's just a dollar but it gives a bad taste experience for something so simple. They're trying to squeeze every penny from every customer.
