THIS POST OFFICE DOES NOT SUPPORT THE US MILITARY AND OUR TROOPS!! THEY WILL DENY PACKAGES BECAUSE THEY WANT TO GO HOME WHILE OUR TROOPS DO NOT GET TO GO HOME EVERYDAY!!! ***My son is part of the Naval Blockade, I wear a Navy hat and sweatshirt, and I have sent packages to my son's ship before at this location. I was in line 20 minutes before closing and was told that I didn't fill the customs form out properly. I explained to MICHAEL that I have filled it out the same way at that location and it was received. I asked to speak with the postmaster because he wouldn't accept my forms. STEPHANIE comes out and tells me she is going to write a note on my account. I said ok, then it took her guy over 30 minutes to enter the info the way I had filled out, which had 5 items listed like toiletries, snacks, chapstick, vitamins, candy. The way Michael requested it would have included over 20 items, for instance beef jerky, chocolates, protein bars, jolly ranchers, crackers, beef jerky, razors, chapstick, vitamins, deodorant, toothbrushes, face cream, toothpaste, floss, soap, lotion, shaving cream, tuna packets, sardines, fruit roll ups, oatmeal packets, chips, and it would have taken over 2 hours to enter since it took 30 minutes to enter 5 line items. Let me add their custom forms only have 5 lines. I asked, after they entered the 5 lines, what her note is going to say and who is the note for. She tells me, so I asked if she writes anything if she could please state in the note to customs that I refused to list each item because customer states they have filled out the form the same way previously and items have been received. She told me not to tell her how to do her job and that she is only going to write to customs that I refused to itemize and if it gets returned that it's my fault. I told her that the note wouldn't be the truth because the truth is that I have filled it out that way previously, at the same location, and it was received. I told her I was even told at another location that they can't type all the information in and the last person at Cypress location allowed me to write "snacks" or a description instead of over 20 items for multiple packages. She then tells me that I was talking to my friend in line and that I need to get there earlier. I asked her what time should I get there so her guys can fill out over 20 items on each custom form for multiple packages. She said I have to be there an hour early. Let me add, I have sent things out previously, and it took less than 10 minutes to type in, and it was received. Also, there is no policy that states that someone needs to be there an hour early to ship out candy, razor, toothbrushes to the military, so she was wrong for telling me that I was there late. I was there 30 minutes before closing, saw a friend in line and chatted for a few minutes, in line 20 minutes before closing, which is probably why they turned me away and said I filled out the forms incorrectly. I let them know my son is in a war and I need to get the packages out to him. I ultimately did not send my son's packages out since I was threatened that a nasty note would be written to customs, which would have probably caused my packages to be denied. I pray they don't ever have someone in their family who sacrificed for this country and was prevented from getting much needed supplies. Here's where I wrote "snacks" on my previous customs forms that took less than 10 minutes to enter at this location and was delivered to my son who is fighting in this war. He has been on a ship for almost 300 days needing supplies, but it will now be delayed since these people are so heartless and nasty. At least customs wasn't heartless and nasty like Michael and Stephanie, and has allowed every package that I have sent to be received and understood that our troops need supplies.

It was so clean and neat. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Bring your own tapes to send packages, or you can also buy there.

The interaction with the cashier, Dillon, was unprofessional from the start. When asked to print a name on a label, he failed to provide a direct answer, showed clear annoyance, and inappropriately addressed me as "man." The entire exchange was marred by constant hesitation and filler words, and rather than simply performing the requested task, he attempted to gaslight me regarding the service. Despite explicit instructions for a printed label, he failed to deliver the service entirely. It is evident he lacks the necessary training for the role. My mail better get delivered.

Open until 6pm weekdays as of June 3 and they have a kiosk machine to do some prepaid labels too. Don't need a line for that
