Lita unprofessional person I went to make an amazon return There was only me in the return line & 1 customer in the purchasing line She kept talking with the customer & telling stories about her mom 😏. Then after she was done with the customer it’s my turn to serve me She left me & keep talking with co-workers. Then she cane to me i have 3 items amazon return She scanned the 1st & the second item then a customer came in the purchase line She told me i have to leave you & serve the customer first before you it’s staples instructions priority is for staples customer 😏 So i told her you already started & only 1 scan left & he wasn’t here when you started She keeps saying that is how the company instructions is. So i got angry i told her it’s not logic to interrupt & leave me for another customer ,scan the last item . She said i will make this time exception Unprofessional way to serve a customer She shouldn’t be in front if she has a very unprofessional behavior.

Came in to do Amazon Returns. I just moved so I had about 8. After doing 4 the lady at the counter told me she would have to help other customers and get back to me. Ummm... I also waited in line for my turn so that was weird. There were like 3 other associates just moving boxes around while there was a line forming behind me. No sense of urgency. Finally someone else started helping with returns and I didn't have to wait again. Very odd. I work retail and I would never make someone feel uncomfortable like that. You guys might as well have a self-service amazon return area. Should have gone to UPS.
