- ASA SHJul 18, 20261.0I would give this location zero stars if I could. Last weekend, I spent 1.5 hours at this post office trying to mail an international package. Two employees and even the manager were unfamiliar with the process, yet they kept me waiting without resolving the issue. I eventually had to leave without mailing my package. This weekend, I went to the USPS location in Mountain View, and they handled the exact same shipment quickly and professionally. It’s concerning that employees and managers are not properly trained to process common international shipments. The staff also appeared overwhelmed and exhausted. USPS should provide better training and adequate staffing so customers don’t have to waste their time.
- WWWillJul 16, 20262.0I’ve been coming to this post office since I was a kid, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently poor. Many of the employees come across as rude, impatient, and unwelcoming. I used to think this was just how USPS operated until I visited other locations, where the staff were noticeably more friendly and helpful. The Campbell location, for example, has always provided excellent service. This office, by comparison, seems to have a culture where poor customer service is tolerated. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the experience.
