Two employees and even the manager were unfamiliar with the process, yet they kept me waiting without resolving the issue. I eventually had to leave without mailing my package. This weekend, I went to the USPS location in Mountain View, and they handled the exact same shipment quickly and professionally. It’s concerning that employees and managers are not properly trained to process common international shipments. The staff also appeared overwhelmed and exhausted. USPS should provide better training and adequate staffing so customers don’t have to waste their time.
