They helped me make copies of my documents after notarizing. And even helped other customers doing quick drop offs in parallel so I didn't feel guilty clogging up the line with my notary request!

She helped me through a sizable shipment to NYC that included fragile items. She alerted me to the risk as my packing was not safe enough. She repacked a couple of boxes herself. She also ensured i was using the lowest rate for boxes that contained only printed material. Everything arrived safely. She won my loyalty to her business.
