- DSDarshak ShahMar 13, 20261.0Absolutely horrible service. The support agent was rude and not helpful at all. She was only trying to sell other services and charge extra fees. She treated someone ahead of me in the same way rudely.
- DDDalFeb 5, 20261.0Beware! I’m not sure if intentional deception or mistaken or but the service woman said that Fedex no longer does International Ground to Canada. She said Fedex stopped doing it during covid. When told it was on the Fedex website she mentioned that sometimes they dont update their website but that was the corporate policy. However, to send a letter would be $70 (vs ~$30 for Intetnational ground). Fedex does still indeed have international ground, went thru process online printed label and dropped off.

And the printer was broken so when I tried to print it wouldn't and this Indian lady that was there cancel the printing order. Therefore I just wasted all my money because they charge for using the computer too. What a horrible place and I was offer no help.
