  Seriously SUCH bad customer service! I came in to print some stuff off of a USB, which is something I do at FedEx location locations all the time because I don’t have a printer at home. This is my first time coming to this location and most definitely my last time. I tried to print my documents and all of them printed no problem, but one of them said that it printed and then it didn’t. I stopped my transaction and tapped my credit card again to try it one more time and it didn’t work, even though the screen said that it printed nothing came out. There was a guy working behind the counter who said he could just print it from his computer but then he left and a lady came out and she said that her computer didn’t recognize my USB. She very visibly did not have very strong tech technologies skills. The USB is quite new and the self service printer recognized it without any problem and then she told me that I would need to pay to use the self-service computer. So, your printer is not working and charged me twice for things that didn’t actually print when I thought that it did and your solution is to charge me more money for me to login on my own to a self service computer. Yeah. No. So then it was like pulling teeth to try and explain to her why and how I needed to get a refund and then eventually when she was looking through the history on her computer, she finally understood what I was saying and gave me the credit back. I then drove to another FedEx office and had absolutely no problem printing the document. Just for fun, I asked them to please see if their computer recognize my USB behind the counter and they plugged it in and it popped up no problem. I realize that an employee at FedEx might not be an expert in their field, but you have to have a certain amount of technology skills and customer service … which was not the case today

  Worst customer service. Thursday 5/28/26 6:52pm and associate is already telling people to go to another FedEx that closes at 8pm because he doesn’t want to help, even though they close at 7pm. There was at least 6 people going in and getting turned away. I asked him a simple question about using the self service QR scanning and all he said was “I suggest going to a FedEx that closes at 8pm”. This was at 6:55pm. I’m not even asking him to help me! Just asked if I need to put into a box or packaging. So ridiculous and a waste of time. Never had a bad experience with UPS that’s in the same plaza. My mistake for choosing FedEx after the last terrible experience with a different associate. Never again!

  Absolutely horrible service. The support agent was rude and not helpful at all. She was only trying to sell other services and charge extra fees. She treated someone ahead of me in the same way rudely.

  Beware! I’m not sure if intentional deception or mistaken or but the service woman said that Fedex no longer does International Ground to Canada. She said Fedex stopped doing it during covid. When told it was on the Fedex website she mentioned that sometimes they dont update their website but that was the corporate policy. However, to send a letter would be $70 (vs ~$30 for Intetnational ground). Fedex does still indeed have international ground, went thru process online printed label and dropped off.
