- LFLawrence Fung2 days ago2.0Just fyi—- out of the two self serve machines the one on the left as you walk in weighs packages incorrectly. My 9 oz package registered as 1 lb, 4 oz. When I re weighed it on the one on the right it read the correct 9oz. You would think that these machines get calibrated periodically .

Plenty of self serve kiosks and a mostly working drop off drawer. Most of the complaints are from people who do not understand how to Post Office. I pay and print all my labels online bypassing the counter and never spending more than 3 mins. inside.

If you have any important and/or valuable items to be mailed, I highly suggest you use a different location or carrier. The onsite management is not responsive, so our concerns will be elevated.
