- SMs mossJun 27, 20262.0I was a little shocked at the ineptitude of this location. I went it without having printed the label and explained I had a tracking number. The woman, an older Asian lady with glasses, at the front desk said I’d have to pay 2 dollars to print it which I’ve never heard of. I expressed confusion and she said well do you have a barcode or a label, it depends. I told her I’d search for it. I wasn’t sure how to have the label sent to my email address using the website and stated that. Her response? Call the 1800 number, I don’t know how that website works. I took 5 minutes, figured it out, pulled up the barcode and suddenly printing the label was free. Maybe more training is in order.
- RAReed AustinJun 7, 20261.0Stole my package, refused to help me, told me to talk to corporate. They talked me out of getting higher insurance on the package then lost it. I paid a ton for shipping and packaging. Corporate is endlessly reviewing it. Don’t use the store if possible
