  Rude. I walked in right at 5, it says on the door they are open until 6. I walked through the threshold to see other people standing in line, the man working there yelled at me to leave and said he closed the door for a reason (I have no idea what he was talking about, it was open). He kept aggressively saying I needed to leave. All I needed was a stamp.

  This post office is horrible, they return packages after only a few days. They do not wait the 14 days to pick up before they return it. The place is dirty they don't fly the flag at half mass when it's ordered. The service is gross . I couldn't vote 0 stars enough

  I've been living in crestline for the past thirty years. This is the first time I see the entry into the post office very disgusting.It's not safe needs to be clean.There's so many webs everywhere. I'm not complaining what i'm doing is alerting the managers of that building, it's to be t l c clean. When people come and visit our town, we do not want to give em a negative area. Now the people that work there are very nice and polite, and we need to make sure our building is clean as well. Entryway

  Got a talking to by Ray the Mail Man or Mail Clerk for asking him nicely to get my mail since I forgot my box key and could not open my box. I showed him my ID it's the same on the PO Box you know the same address that has to match or they will send my packages back in a heartbeat and yet he still flat out refused, denied and did not even try to get my mail he just argued and could care less. I encouraged him saying you can do it, but he said he could not...Zero effort here. It's a rule he stated and pointed at the wall at sign that does not say anything about what I am here asking him to do and he began arguing with me about it. The sign he pointed at explains they cannot hand mail over the counter to anyone which is obviously very true, but I had verified my proof of residence as a box holder and I am a authorized person at the box as clearly states below at the USPS code.. "841.74 Withdrawal of Mail from PO Boxes Mail may be delivered to authorized persons who forget their keys or cannot open their boxes." This here permits mail workers to do it, I should have been handed my mail instead I was not. It became a debate. This is obviously an unusual request by me I don't take joy in talking to the post office workers or asking for help from any of them at this location. I will continue filing more formal complaints and writing letters until I receive a response from the USPS.
