  I've lived in 17 different towns and cities and have used the post offices in hundreds of other locations in my 64 years on this planet so far. Unfortunately my local (Crestline) post office is the absolute worst one in all respects of any other post office in the entire United States from my experience. They have lost so many packages of mine that I have lost count. They even managed to lose a Saint Anthony (the patron Saint of lost items) necklace I had ordered. Now they've really done it and not only lost my extremely important entire packet of original and irreplaceable documents/photos/cards/letters I mailed to the local Social Security office for my Disabled Widow's Benefits claim that I now have to Appeal because my packet is now past the deadline, but the post office now tells me that it's too late to file a claim on the insurance I paid extra for or even get my postage and extra charges refunded with my 2 week old receipt. I am devastated that those irreplaceable items are gone forever into their Black Hole and my entire quality of life and my future livelihood is now negatively affected because of the ineptitude of the Crestline CA 92325 post office. Unbelievable

  First of all, usps here does not deliver to our homes. Worst of all, my packages have been sent back within 2 hours of arriving to crestline. Look at the photo and the time it got sent back. Even if I go there when the package arrives, they would tell you that there are too many packages they didn't get a chance to get to. You come when they give you the eta like later this afternoon and then when you get there you find out the package got returned to sender 1 hour after it arrived to crestline. Impossible to get my package. This have happened to me on three or more occasions. Some businesses don't accept po box address. It is so unfair.

  Don’t come here for passports if you have piercings. They will tell you cannot process a passport with them. I had to get new photos taken, just to be told at the Patton USPS they had asked the state and the state does NOT require you to do that. She apologized but I already wasted time andmoney taking another photo.
