- SGsamantha gonzalezAug 26, 20261.0So freaking rude! I went there thinking that’s where j had to pick up my letter. When I asked, the male who helped me was so rude about it. I hate when they use sarcasm as a way of talking. He could have been nice about redirecting me to the other post office. When I went the the other post office behind the dollar tree on Azusa you could tell the difference of the customer service. But this one was beyond rude.

- CLChris LeeMay 14, 20265.0I prefer the post office that has a self service kiosk in the lobby like the Covina Post Office. Though small and any couple of clerks at the counter, it's been very efficient for me to use.

Bring it to the post office, the first thing I hear is “is this your first time sending mail? This is how they write it in China. You write it this way they will send it back to you”. I tried to explained but he didnt let me finish my sentence or say anything. this is the first time this ever happened to me at USPS. I’m feeling super discriminated because I look young and Asian. For the context, I’m not even from China, and China does not write it that way anyway. Just my mistake.
