- SSSarah SchmidtJul 16, 20261.0My experience at this USPS location was incredibly frustrating because of one employee’s lack of willingness to help. I came in with a Click-N-Ship label and was confused about how to print it. I politely asked the employee if she could help me or explain what I needed to do. Instead of assisting, she just kept saying, “I only scan labels,” and offered no guidance whatsoever. I even asked if she could help me get the QR code, and she simply told me I’d have to go to UPS or another store to print it. We drove to UPS, only to find out they couldn’t help with that label either. They offered to create a brand-new shipping label instead, but it would have cost around $60 to ship an item worth only $20—and I had already paid about $20 for the original USPS label. It was a complete waste of time. Frustrated, we called USPS customer service. The representative on the phone was fantastic. She immediately explained exactly what to do, helped us access the QR code, and solved the problem in just a few minutes. We then went back to the same USPS location and were finally able to ship the package without any issues. The only reason this turned into an hour-long ordeal was because the employee at the counter couldn’t be bothered to spend 30 seconds explaining the process. Customer service isn’t just about scanning packages—it’s about helping customers when they have a reasonable question. The phone representative proved how easy it was to solve. I wish the employee at this location had shown the same level of professionalism and willingness to help.
