He took the time to explain my shipping options and helped me choose the best one for what I needed without making the process feel complicated. I had my identification and shipping information ready, and everything was handled efficiently. I was in and out within just a few minutes. After seeing some of the mixed reviews, I was not sure what to expect, but my experience was smooth from beginning to end. Great customer service and a convenient location.

One of the employees (an older man with white hair, a white beard, and partially bald) displayed shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior. His attitude toward customers was not just unfriendly — it was openly hostile, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. This was not a minor issue or a misunderstanding. It was a clear example of someone who either does not care about their job or should not be working in customer service at all. Let me be very clear: customers are paying for a service, not to be treated with disrespect. No one should have to tolerate this kind of behavior when simply trying to complete a basic transaction.
