- KKKMJun 22, 20265.0The low number of starts really surprise me. The people who work at this location are patient and helpful. I watched an employee basically box, wrap, label and send a box for a customer one day. The customer did not even get a "thank you." Here I am, I say, Thank you! Thank you for always helping me out with questions about shipping. Thank you for getting my box from the back without making me wait through the entire line of people everytime. Thank you for being kind when I am in a hurry. I am not always the kindest customer. But, you are professional and take care of my things. I appreciate it. And, you do it without attitude, you do it with a smile and kindness. As an older person I have had many poor experiences at post offices. This place has not ever let me down.

He then started making up extra rules that weren’t specified on the paper. Completely unprofessional, however Jayden was very friendly and helpful. Needs more employees like Jayden, and less like Agustine.
