- SSsrjason5 days ago1.0Crystal is a horrible manager. I informed her of the Homeless on fentanyl blocking the doorway, and she just shrugged and rolled her eyes. I don't know what's worse ? The drug users making entry not safe, or the manager who could care less about my families safety. Avoid this location. Avoid Crystal ! Crystal also targets and opens peoples boxes ! What is the federal statutory code that says she can target people and open their boxes without probable cause.

When you try to complain, they will say you never drop it off in the first place. PERIOD! When you call, nobody answers. When you file a claim, nothing will happen. Consider your money/packages will be stolen. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I've lost my personal business packages 3x within 2wks and that rarely happened before, in my entire 7 years as a local business. DO NOT COME HERE to send any of your valuable packages! They WILL STEAL your packages!

These people work so hard amd have little help-I mentioned to one of the supervisors that there was only one sweet counter person and she NEEDED help with a line that was 11 people DEEP at 4:45! She basically brushed me off! What an example of poor leadership!!! Elvira, Benny and Mary do their best and are ALWAYS very sweet and helpful!
