After hiding in the back office for five minutes- Debbie came out, guns blazing mad because it was 4:15 and she didn't want to wait for 2 Certified Letters to be completed. Instead of handing me the certified forms to fill out at home, she opted to yell at me and go off on a rant about her need to leave. Never have I dealt with such unprofessional, rude, and inappropriate conduct from a federal employee. For the record, I also had just finished a double shift at work and arrived as quickly to USPS as I could. What a sad person. Please hire better Customer Support, USPS!! Thanks
