I called with concerns since I’m not familiar with printing options, and the staff member reassured me she would check everything to make sure it came out right. Great customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

It is very hard to get information pertaining to what I need to do to complete my project before coming to the store, so I’m not sure how to prepare my documents. I feel that you might be able to get better business and more business if you have some type of website or instruction as to how to save files so they print specifically a certain way that way I don’t have to spend 799 to have somebody you know size a photo?. I have to make two trips now though and then resize them all myself so that’s really frustrating. Thank you. I just thought you would like to know. Customer service is not bad, It’s not very employee’s fault.
